PAYMENT FOR ADVERTISING PROPERTIES, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES WITH US
At the moment GhanaHomeTrade.com receives, review and publish properties, products, and services advertisements at Our Site at ABSOLUTELY NO COST to SELLERS (stated herein as property owners, brokers, products, or services providers) who list with us. GhanaHomeTrade.com, however, reserve the right to make charges for advertising services provided for properties, products, or services placed with us at any point in time. However, if there will be any such charges (in future), it will ONLY apply to property owners, brokers, products, or services providers (stated herein as “SELLERS”) who list adverts with us for a particular period of time. Such charge will ONLY apply to the provision of administrative services on ad’s manual review and publication at our web site. This charge for that particular ad published DOES NOT apply to the services provided by Us to You (the seller) throughout the ad’s duration at the Site (be it services, product, or property).
TERMINATION OR DELETION OF PUBLISHED ADS
Ads published with GhanaHomeTrade.com may be taken off (1) Solely by applicant (that is “You”, herein also stated as “SELLER”) at any time, at their own discretion; (2) at when the listed item (property or product) is sold out and seller no longer wishes to have it listed as for sale with Us; (3) when the duration of the advert has run its course as detected by our system; or (4) when Our Safety Compliance team at GhanaHomeTrade.com detect or receive reports about mischievous, fraudulent, or criminal activities associated with an ad posted with us. Upon applicant’s discretional deletion of ANY published ad(regardless of duration after which ad was reviewed and published), or upon deletion of an ad suspected to be, or found to be associated with criminal, illegal, or fraudulent activities, we disclaim owing any liability to refund any payment made to us regarding the deleted ad.
